Based on review of initial applications, a subset of organizations will be invited to submit full proposals. Successful applicants will be organizations that:

  • work to improve health access and/or health status for communities facing health disparities based on factors including race, ethnicity, language, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, homelessness or veteran status, and
  • have primary leadership from among the people they serve.

MeHAF will fund up to 8 grants for 36 months.  Each grant award will be $25,000 per year for three years, beginning in May of 2018.
