Request for Modification to Grant
Grantees that anticipate changes in their project work plan, project end date (no-cost extension), personnel changes or budget modifications, must contact the Foundation. Requests for changes should be directed to the Program Officer assigned to the grant. Grantees are to complete the Request for Modification to Grant form. Any changes that impact the budget, must also include a revised budget. Changes must be approved in advance and in writing.
Technical Assistance Videos
At various time throughtout the year, MeHAF hosts technical assistance webinars to assist grantees in completing their financial report, and submitting their reporting requirements online. In addition, MeHAF hosts a webinar to assist applicants in putting together a budget for a grant proposal.
