MeHAF is currently soliciting applicants for two new staff positions to advance the Foundation’s strategic program goals to 1) strengthen, expand and improve Maine’s health safety net; 2) promote patient-centered care by advancing innovative health delivery, care management, and population-based services that comprehensively address patients’ needs; and 3) advance health reform to achieve equitable access and system transformation that promote the health and well-being of every person in Maine.
