Gallup Poll Shows Fewer Uninsured

A new Gallup poll shows a national decline in the percent of people who are uninsured following implementation of the Affordable Care Act.  Maine’s uninsured rate declined during the first six months of 2015, but the state had the highest percentage of adults without health insurance across New England.  The Portland Press Herald summarized the findings in their August 10 story “Maine’s uninsured rate drops but remains highest in New England, poll shows.”
