Discretionary Grants

Fill out a Discretionary Grant Report Form. Please note there is a simplified report form for discretionary grant funding for meeting support.

Complete the narrative and financial reports. Note that narrative and financial reporting forms are separate documents. Please consult section 5 of your Discretionary Grants Contract for your project's specific requirements.

Foundation-initiated (ad hoc) GrantsFoundation-initiated (ad hoc) Grants are outside the Foundation's normal grantmaking programs and timelines. Reporting requirements are specific to each project. Please consult your grant contract or the Foundation's Grants Associate for your requirements.
